THE PODCAST | 1:1 COACHING | INSTAGRAM
If you’re struggling to grow your business and make authentic connections with potential clients, you’re not alone! In this episode, I connect with Naomi Kreske, a newly certified coach navigating the early stages of her career and the challenges she’s currently facing. She received her certification in 2024 and has had a handful of clients. However, she is feeling frustrated that it’s not coming together as quickly as she would want. While she is trying to relax and manifest what she wants, listening to the universe and letting it lead is hard to do.
Establishing gratitude and authentic marketing
One of Naomi’s key challenges is ensuring her marketing efforts are authentically reflecting her essence as a coach. We explore how sharing client success stories can be a powerful way to express her gratitude and highlight her impact.
Naomi shares how she helps her clients create a positive mindset while focusing on the law of attraction and manifesting the things they want in their lives. In fact, she opens up about a client who was looking to have higher self-esteem and healthier relationships after going through a divorce. Through their work together, this client is in a much better place.
Reframing the approach to asking
We discuss the topic of reaching out for referrals, which Naomi said was difficult as she felt like she was imposing on others for help. Together, we work on reframing her mindset to focus on the potential to help others through her coaching. By leading with the service she provides and the outcomes she offers, Naomi can shift from “asking” for help to offering powerful change.
Opportunities for authenticity
Sharing client’s stories paints a picture of the tangible outcomes Naomi helps them achieve. We brainstorm how she can revisit and break down each of her client sessions—detailing challenges, breakthroughs, and transformations—to use as authentic marketing content.
Naomi plans to share these reflections with her audience to build connections and embrace authenticity. She will weave real coaching moments into her content. This will help to invite potential clients to understand her value without it feeling like a sales-heavy approach.
The value of in-person networking
We also discuss the importance of Naomi stepping out of her comfort zone and engaging in person to promote her coaching. Whether it’s through Chamber of Commerce events, a casual conversation at a local coffee shop, or even offering a complimentary session, these opportunities can create organic connections and potential client relationships.
Final thoughts
Through our conversation, Naomi realizes the importance of putting her coaching out there and having gratitude for the help she has already provided. She’s determined to continue her journey of manifesting intentional and meaningful client relationships.
Invitation to engage
These behind-the-scene sessions offer a glimpse of what it would be like to work one-on-one with a coach. They serve as a reminder that navigating the path of coaching is filled with growth opportunities, and authenticity is a powerful tool in aligning with our true purpose. If you feel inspired by Naomi’s story and would like a coaching session like this, please connect with me. Or, if you feel like someone would resonate with this, feel free to share it with them. The best thing we can do is have this information and share it with others and raise the consciousness of the world.
