I have a bittersweet update to share. After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the decision to take an intentional pause from the podcast. Let me be clear, though: this isn’t forever. I will be back. 

In this next season of life, I want to focus on the idea of a human approach when it comes to coaching and business. Yes, this is where I’ve always been, but I found a group of people who are doing the same thing with this conscious leadership development, and it feels like one of the most aligned decisions. 

The thing is, we can’t do it all. Something has to give. For now, that’s the podcast.

If you’ve been here from the beginning, I want to thank you. Truly. It has meant the world to me that you have tuned in every week, and I’m not disappearing. This is work I have done myself. I let go of years of anxiety. And it wasn’t because my life drastically changed overnight. It was because I did the work, and I want that for you. 

This isn’t just about manifesting more money. It’s about stepping into a space where you are truly seen, supported, and heard. You don’t need more information. You need space. Space to be, space to process, and space to reflect.
